An accident in the butchers shop leads Norman and Mr Grimsdale to the hospital where, after causing the normal ammount of chaos, Norman finds Lindy, a little girl who hasn't spoken or smiled since her parents were killed in an aeroplane accident. Norman decides to help.

After one of their store houses burnt down, museum director Grove and his assistant Pimm find everything destroyed - only one statue withstood the fire mysteriously undamaged.
